Tremor - The Tremor is a dual-mode Tremolo/Auto-Pan that utilizes an optical circuit to create a wide range of warm pulsating sounds normally associated with the "vibrato" effect of vintage tube amps.
The stomp boxes are all on the "nahh" side and the one that was my main reason for purchase - the Maximizer - doesn't hold up to either it's hardware counterpart (I only know the 19" version though) or vs other maximizer plugins. Pretty much everything I compared it with sounded better after minimum time of tweaking (Waves, PA just to name a few options).
Guitar stompboxes have always been the punks of the effects world. After all, subtlety is usually the last thing on a guitarist's mind - when you put the pedal to the metal, you want the audience to know about it!
They come as discrete plug-ins, with no all-in-one pedalboard view, so to change the order, it's a case of dragging inserts around in your DAW - easier in some hosts than others. You'll typically run these pedals in front of amp sim software such as AmpliTube or Guitar Rig.

In the real world, you can come across all sorts of signal level incompatibilities when trying to use guitar pedals for non-guitar sound sources. In software, though, it takes a second to throw on an insert and hear the results, and so anything you fancy can be subjected to the rudeness of these snazzy stompboxes.

Mercurial Greed Smasher is a worthy emulation of the famous overdrive pedal, which will please you with its ease of use and sound quality. You only need a few minutes to get the desired guitar tone. Overall, you can use this software to boost high-gain distortion or create individual overdriven parts.
